DR. LASH began in Singapore in 2017 with one belief: your natural lashes deserve the same care as the look you leave with. In July 2024 we brought that to Emporium Melbourne, our first salon outside Singapore, with private rooms and a lash check before every set.

Chat and lash check
Your artist looks at the shape of your eyes and the condition of your natural lashes, and asks about any product sensitivities, before suggesting a style.
Lash cleanse
Lashes are cleansed in three steps so every extension bonds to a clean, oil-free lash.
Prep in a private room
You lie back with your lower lashes tucked under a soft pad. Each natural lash is separated from its neighbours.
One lash at a time
Each extension is placed on a single natural lash, about 0.1 mm away from the root, and never on your skin.
Home with a plan
You leave with simple aftercare steps, and we check in a few days later to see how your lashes are settling.

How do I book at DR. LASH Melbourne?
Book online through our booking page: pick your treatment, a time and pay the deposit, and you are set. If you would like advice on a style first, WhatsApp us on 0403 797 088 and a lash artist will reply.
Where is DR. LASH in Melbourne?
We are on Level 3 of Emporium Melbourne, Shop 3-013A, 287 Lonsdale St in the CBD. Emporium links through to Melbourne Central, so it is easy to reach by train or tram.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. Online bookings take a 50% deposit, which goes towards your treatment. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment, otherwise the deposit may be kept to cover the reserved time.
Lash lift or extensions if my lashes are straight?
A lash lift curves your own lashes up from the base, so you get lift without extra length, and it lasts about 6 to 8 weeks. Extensions add length and fullness and need touch-ups. Not sure? Ask for a consultation and we will look at your lashes first.
Is DR. LASH a medical clinic?
No. We are a lash and brow salon, and our team are trained lash and brow artists. If you have an eye condition or are under a doctor's care, check with them before your appointment and let us know when you arrive.
How long does a full set take?
A full LashCraft set takes under two hours, in a private room. Many clients close their eyes and nap. A lash lift takes about an hour and a half.
