How do I get to DR. LASH in Emporium Melbourne?
Emporium Melbourne is in the middle of the CBD on Lonsdale Street and connects to Melbourne Central, so public transport drops you within a short walk of the salon.
- Train: Melbourne Central station, then walk through to Emporium.
- Tram: routes along Swanston Street or Elizabeth Street, then a short walk to Lonsdale Street.
- Inside Emporium: go up to Level 3 and look for Shop 3-013A.
- Driving: use a CBD car park nearby and allow time to walk in.
What are the booking and cancellation policies?
A 50% deposit secures each booking and is applied to your treatment on the day. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice.

- Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean rescheduling, and the deposit may be kept to cover the reserved time.

Walk-ins depend on whether an artist and a room are free, so it is safer to check Book online first, even on the same day. A full LashCraft set can take up to 2 hours and a lash lift and tint about 1.5 hours, so a booked slot means the right amount of time is set aside for you.
What time does DR. LASH Melbourne open and close?
Monday to Wednesday 10am-7pm, Thursday and Friday 10am-9pm, Saturday 10am-7pm and Sunday 11am-7pm. The salon is closed on Victorian public holidays. If you are coming from work in the CBD, Thursday and Friday give you the most room. Check the last available start time when you book, especially for a full set.

How do I change or cancel a booking?
Use the link in your booking confirmation, or message 0403 797 088 on WhatsApp. Please give at least 24 hours' notice. Your 50% deposit is applied to your treatment on the day; if you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or do not attend, it may be kept to cover the reserved time. The earlier you let us know, the easier it is to offer your time to another client.
