You agree to these terms whenever you use drlash.com.au and its online shop. The site belongs to DR. LASH (AUST) PTY LTD (ABN 74 666 549 195), Shop 3-013A, Level 3, Emporium Melbourne, 287 Lonsdale St, Melbourne VIC 3000. 'We' and 'us' mean that company, and 'you' means anyone using the site.

By using the website you accept these terms. Our Sales Policy covers prices, deposits, cancellations, packages, gift cards and returns, and our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Where the two documents treat a purchase differently, the Sales Policy prevails.

You are welcome to browse, book and shop for your own personal use. When you do, please do not:

• break any law or use the site to harm or harass anyone;
• try to hack, overload or interfere with the site or reach areas that are not meant for you;
• copy large parts of the site, or scrape content or prices with automated tools, without our written permission;
• give false details or book in someone else's name without their permission.

We keep the information here as accurate and current as we can, but services, prices, opening hours and products change and errors can happen. If something matters to your decision, check with us before you book.

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. The price that applies is the one shown and confirmed when you book or check out. If we show a clearly wrong price, we will contact you before going ahead, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Photos of lash and brow styles are examples. Your result depends on your natural lashes and brows, your skin and your aftercare.

We are a beauty salon for lashes and brows. Our artists are trained beauty professionals, not doctors, and nothing on this website is medical advice. Results vary from person to person, and we do not promise a particular outcome. Products such as lash serums and treatments such as Lash Rejuvenation are cosmetic, and we make no claim that they grow lashes or brows.

Before your appointment, please tell us about allergies, sensitivities, eye or skin conditions, recent surgery, medication or pregnancy. Unsure whether a treatment is right for you because of a health condition? Get your doctor's advice before booking.

Online bookings are made through Shortcuts, a booking platform run by a separate company. When you book online, the Shortcuts terms and privacy policy also apply to your use of that platform. Your appointment is confirmed when you receive a booking confirmation.

A 50% deposit is taken when you book and applied to your treatment on the day, and our cancellation, rescheduling and late arrival rules apply. These are explained in full in our Sales Policy, and you will see them before you pay. For questions about a booking, WhatsApp or call us on 0403 797 088.

Please do not send card details, passwords or identity documents by WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or email.

Our online shop sells aftercare products and gift cards. When you check out, you are asking to buy. The sale is agreed once our order confirmation email reaches you. If a product is unavailable or we cannot accept your order, we will tell you and refund anything you have paid.

Payment is taken at checkout. Delivery options, fees and estimated timings are shown before you pay. Returns, refunds and gift card rules are in our Sales Policy.

DR. LASH® is a registered trade mark in Australia. LashCraft, BrowCraft and our logos are trade marks used by the DR. LASH group. Copyright in the words, images, video and layout of this site is ours or licensed to us.

You may share links to our pages and view, download or print pages for personal use. Please do not copy, change or use our name, logos or content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

If you post a review, comment or photo about DR. LASH, please be honest and respectful, and only share images you have the right to share. Do not post anything unlawful, misleading or offensive, or other people's personal information.

If you tag us on social media, we will ask before reposting your content, and we will credit you. We never offer rewards for positive reviews only, and we do not remove genuine negative reviews.

Our site links to services we do not control, including Shortcuts, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Google Maps. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes those guarantees or any other right you have under that law.

Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for losses caused by things outside our reasonable control, by your misuse of the website, or by third-party websites and platforms. We try to keep the website available and free of viruses, but cannot guarantee it will always work without interruption.

We may update these terms and the website from time to time. The version on this page when you use the site is the one that applies. Changes do not affect a booking or order you have already made.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts and tribunals of Victoria, including VCAT, can hear any dispute. This does not stop you using any other right or forum the law gives you.
